I can't believe 2023 is now behind us and it's already been over 12 months since my last blog post. With 2024 already in full swing I thought I'd take a pause to reflect on 2023, a year of exciting submissions for new and innovative projects, learning to use new technologies and on a personal note, a new furry family member.

It's hard to believe Christmas is just around the corner and once again we're fast approaching the new year. Before the year is out, I wanted to take this opportunity to reflect on 2022's achievements, lessons learnt and what's in store for 2023. 

You've just hit submit on a major application and you can breathe easy for the next few weeks. While you might have just alleviated the pain of a fast approaching deadline, there's always more that can be done to be prepared for the next one.

Carving out time in a day to work on funding submissions can be frustrating, time consuming and next to impossible while juggling competing priorities.
